Nu‘uanu Congregational Church actively participates with other congregations on O‘ahu to work with Family Promise of Hawaii, an organization which seeks to mobilize existing community resources to aid families with children experiencing homelessness and help them transition to sustainable independence.  Each quarter, we host families who live with us for a week.  Volunteers provide meals and fellowship.
